  1. some teachers are short tempered, they dont like students questioning them. He might think you are trying to test him. so better think yourself about your doubt, you might get the solution.

  2. Because you never listen, and he's already answered your questions 2 minutes before?

  3. Cause he's an ignorant bum

you answered your own question, silly.

  4. I just think that you should tell him to go to h**l and rot there.

  5. cause hes a bad teacher, he cant teach ppl properly and in a professional manner

  6. Your teacher may have anger issues or be dealing with problems about which you do not know--and which he may not want to share.  You just never know.  At any rate, if all you're doing is asking simple math questions, maybe you could talk with him about it?  If that doesn't work, why not tell your parents and/or the principal?  You could also consider changing classes to someone else's math class . . . if that is possible?  You don't deserve to be degraded or yelled at for no reason.  Good luck!  :-)

  7. People who teach math and science naturally are good at those things. But that usually, (but not always) means a lack of social skills also. Lots of great scientists couldn't handle social situations, and I can imagine teaching a bunch of students may be harrowing to him. Try to understand his quirks, he may not even mean harm, it's just his way. That's the best way to learn, get a good grade and move on.

  8. Maybe he is just a jerk, or maybe you are asking questions about things he just explained, but you weren't listening?

  9. Because you spell every "avery"

  10. I see it as one of two things:

    1. Either you are asking at inappropriate times or are delaying the lesson by asking excessive questions. Maybe you need to talk to him after school about seeing him after school for some individual help (which is what he should tell you rather than yell at you)  OR MORE LIKELY....

    2. He is an ignorant bum who is taking his personal issues out on his class. I think teachers who do this are bullies.  To take the power to bully away from this teacher--you need to have your parents involved and talk to administration to mediate the situation between  you and this teacher. I'm not talking about getting him fired or even reprimanded...just made aware of how his behavior is affecting your learning and probably the learning of others in the classroom.  I'm sure the other kids in the class are uncomfortable after hearing you getting yelled at.

  11. You should report this.

I had some terrible teachers too. the things they say do affect you

  12. Because he's:

    • having personal issues and is taking them out on you

    • has anger management problems

    • no one ever stands up to him when he does this

    • you annoy him

    • no good reason, he's just nasty

    • he has low self-esteem and likes bullying kids

The last one has been my problem, I seem to get a lot of teachers who started teaching because they like being authority figures and abusing their power. Tell another teacher that you feel comfortable with, like the principal or a counsellor, that you are feeling harrassed and bullied by the teacher, and that it isn't conducive to a proper learning environment. However, make sure that you have witnesses to back you up, and have your parents support your story, otherwise your complaint will be ignored. Good luck!
