Why does my teacher treat me like this?

I'm in 12th grade, and I have this teacher that is always mean to me. I know she's just playing around, but she can't ever be serious and be nice to me for once. She's always got to be sarcastic and stuff. I'll compliment her on her teaching and tell her that she's a good teacher, and she'll just roll her eyes at me or poke her lip out and look at me as if I'm lying. She's always getting on to me too. My friends will tell her me so they can laugh when she gets on to me. One time I told her my friend and said she was being mean, and the teacher said that's good and that my friend should get bonus points. One time she took that friend out in the hall and told her to act like she was mad at me. Then she wrote in her yearbook that she's a good student and don't worry about what I say and put a smiley face. She told me I ought to skip her class so she could write me up. Then I went to sit out in the hall, and came back in, and she ignored me. Then later on that day she smiled at me.

on the bright side, school is almsot over, just go to class, smile and ignore the fact that she's clearly a freak. then you'll be done with her forever.

Few things i could think of:-

1. Don't Compliment her next time on her teaching - It seem she is taking it in Sarcastic manner and just reacting to pay back.

2. Just concentrate on your studies and only talk sense to her that too only when you are approached or you need to approach her for studies.

3. Make sure your approaches and conversations with her are strictly pertaining to your studies and business.

4. Stop talking about her with your friends, always compliment her to your friends - May be some of friends are trying to play it hard for you.

5. Its your 12th Grade - Try not to give her a chance to s***w your grades and after 12th grade you would anyways be out of this.

And even after you have done all right from your part, she tries to s***w your grades, Then take legal action in the school and if necessary through your attorney.

I think you should talk to your parents about what is going on and maybe arrange a meeting between you, your parents, the teacher and a senior member of staff.

You really care ? It's the end of May and graduation should be near (12th grade, I assume you're going to graduate). Cross-off the few days left on the calendar and look forward to the Summer and freedom from weird H.S. teachers, FOREVER. Take a couple of "sick days" between now and schools end.

On your last day of school tell her to grow up and act like an adult.  You'll be graduating so it's not like you'll be seeing her again.  Nothing lasts longer than the sting of some good parting words.
