Why does my torrent stop downloading?

When I start to download it, it gets to a certain percent then stays there for a while. So I remove it then put it bak again and it downloads past were it stoped before but not by much then it will stop again is there something wrong or should I just leave it for a while and it will continue downloading again

Just leave it up, torrents will never download at a constant speed, since the packets are coming from all over the place.
