Why does my tummy ache ??

my tummy aches really bad, i woke up at 8 and its 530 now.. i haven't eaten anything the whole day till now.. but whys my tummy still ache??

i have to admit i m********e 4 times this morning.. does that have to do anything with?? cause i know it wastes alot of enery.
