We don't pay for the system to work anymore.

It beeps every 3 seconds until I put in the password.

  1. Is it your keypad beeping or a device?

Chances are its your keypad, which would mean a trouble condition is present. And if you don't use the system or pay for it I'd say its most likely your battery. Although there is a number of things it could be. Pressing the # sign may silence it for 24 hours but do you really want to do that everyday? If you don't use it at all I would suggest you power it down. Where ever your panel is located (usually by your breakers for your house), open it up, disconnect the positive and negative from the battery, unplug the phone jack going into the panel box and remove the power supply from the wall. Voila! No more worries. :)

  2. i don't know but try to find the circuit breaker and disable the alarm system. if you don't know the circuit, try opening up the screws (if there's any) and cut off the speaker or anything there that you can cut probably the power cord then put back everything and try to decorate the system(if you like to)

  3. because you need to unplug it.
