Why does my wipers run when car is in on position even though car won't start.,battery good and fuse blows

fuse that blows constantly is for wipers and stick on column is in off position. also, headlights not working but tail lights work.

check the wiring that goes to the wiper motor.

You have a wireing problem and one or more of them is shorting out.

get to auto Zone and they will do a fre dieignostic print out for you.

You obviously have a problem in your wiring loom, it could be that wires in the loom have had the insulation rubbed off them through vibration and are shorting out circuits. You need a diagnostic check, and sooner rather than later .as this type of problem can lead to fire
