Why does my woodwick candle no longer smell when I burn it?

I have had 3 other large woodwick candles and have had no problems with them at all, but the one I bought 2 months ago, Brown Sugar, is no longer giving off any scent except "waxy smell"

Has anyone else ever run into a problem like this? Since I live in Canada, I can't contact the 1-800 # from here. It bugs me, because those candles aren't exactly cheap- I paid $40 for this one

sounds to me like  you got a bad one.  don't know much about them, but I would think they would have a website where you could register a complaint.  good luck.  I am a big fan of good smells for the house.
