  1. Yes indeed. I found your question on YA india.

    There is a 'My Account' link up there on the top of this page, besides the link where you sign out.

    Click on that 'My Account' link.

    Member information > Edit. Change preffered content to US- English.

    EDIT:

    IDK, maybe it will take some time. or you make another account. BTW, what's your email address ?

    If its xyz@yahoo.co.in then you cannot change it to xyz@yahoo.com

    You'll have to register for a new one.
