Why does nobody like Andy Murray ?

Why does everybody seem to hate Andy Murray :O. What has he ever done to you ? I mean yes he gets bad tempered but hes playing tennis for Britain ! Oh but now I think I get it you English people don't like Scottish people winning do you ? Nooooo ! :@:@ .

He tries much too hard to be liked by everyone, and  The British are so desperate for a winner they put pressure on him as they did Henman, and he is only a neighbor. He is too Roddick like, with expressions, temper, and so forth, and I only wish he would just be himself and earn to be liked, rather then force to be liked.

Sugar Pie - I don't like Andy Murray's STYLE because he can't keep it.  When he gets older he's going to have the best hands in the game and he may even get a slam under his belt, but right now....no.

That Murray-Gasquet match, to me, was horrible.

Hardly no one clapped for Gasquet, and the crowd went insane of the little wins by Murray.

I thought that was so disrespectful of the crowd to have such little respect for Gasquet.

I hate Murray's temper and his arrogance.

He's a Brit/Scot with balls and game. Just you wait. I liked how he slammed his lazy compatriots a while back. Especially that whale Cavaday who played  Williams. She was a good 20 lbs. over weight.

We dont like the Scots because they hate us. And when England play football against someone like Croatia, the Scots will 99% of the time support the Croats. Just because its rare to have a GOOD Scottish sportsman - dont mean the English have to like them.

yes, English people so don't like Andy Murray......that's why practically the whole crowd on centre court was absolutely behind Murray during the Gasquet game....literally booing Gasquet and errupting whenever Murray won a point. Unless the entire crowd was Scottish then I think you may be missing something.....

no seriously....you can't expect every British person to support Murray.....I am a huge tennis fan and I have many favourite players before Murray. Plus, I think Murray is rather arrogant. Oh and I'm not English

and why can't anyone talk about Andy Murray without bringing up English and Scottish rivalry.....

Some people hate him because he's "Moody" on the court. Some people hate him because they believe he is arrogant off the court.

Some people hate him because he is "Miserable".

Some people hate him because he does not win every match (only Brits)

I'm a Englishmen and i like Andy Murray, i think he has a winning attitude and winning mentality, he has belief in his own game! Maybe it is arrogant to say that he can beat Nadal OR maybe it is self-confidence! People should lay-off the guy and reliase that he isnt actually that cocky or miserable he is just a young kid still learning about the game!

Because Tim Henman was a " nice guy" you will find that he will always be compared more favourably than Mr Murray. In this instance I do not think its because he is Scots
