Why does nobody use the search function for cruise info?

Many start there but, it only covers the high lites. Like reading a brochure. People prefer to hear from people who have actually been and many for those who have been can share their thoughts & experiences & maybe anything not conered in the brochure. There is an old saying " YOU DO NOT KNOW UNLESS YOU ASK ". We all learn from others to some extent. Plus, when traveling one likes to know what to expect & what to look for.
