Has anyone ever noticed this? When I wake up in the morning, I usually brush my teeth before I eat breakfast. However, sometimes I eat breakfast first and find that I am hungrier and eat more. Why is it that brushing your teeth effects your appetite like that?

  1. I have no idea, but that happens to me too.

  2. It's because of the minty taste of the toothpaste, that you use to brush your teeth. Your mouth feels fresh and minty, which acts as an appetite supressent. So it's good if your on a diet! However, it's always better to brush after you eat!
