  1. It's normal for one eyelid to sag slightly then the other, this happens to me aswel, it's normal, you can't notice it if you keep staring at it, then you will obviously! But i've seen your picture and it does look like a problem. Something like Ptosis. You need to see an optimist's for a diagnosis. As long as it's comfortable and you can see, i don't see it's a problem.

  2. I think its called Ptosis .....http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ptosis_(eye...

My  niece had it as a child but it wasn't so much a muscle problem as a chronic allergy in the eyelid itself which was swollen. It went away after treatment

It something you should get checked out by a doctor to be on the safe side

  3. lol.. because you fold it twice, that's why it fold over twice..LOl but no it's fine and natural. Some people have hyper-elastic skin, which means rubber skin. If you have have cuts, or any type of broken skin, sores you have nothing to worry about.  If it does go see a dermatologist (skin doctor or a specialist)

to the person who said she had Ptosis, yeah look at her picture. She doesn't have the eyelid drooping downward. READ WHAT SHE WRITES!!!
