it may just be an illusion.  some people's eyes will change colors but really its not. its just an illusion, like if u wear a blue shirt, ur eyes will become bluer, and if u wear green, ur eyes look greener. atleast, that was what my science teacher said.

as for only one eye doing that...that could be a birth defect or mutation.  some people have one green eye and one blue eye.
