  1. cos  the  workers  r  asexual

  2. She's the only one who has been fertilized.  The vast majority of bees are female.  Only when the colony reaches a certain size do the workers take the steps necessary to produce potential queens and drones who will be potential mates.  The eggs laid by the queen are most often raised to be workers, which are all female.

  3. because the other bees are males

  4. The term queen bee is typically used to refer to an adult, mated female in a honey bee colony or hive; she is usually the mother of all the bees in the hive. The queens are developed from larvae selected by worker bees and specially fed in order to become sexually mature. There is normally only one adult, mated queen in a hive.

The term can be more generally applied to any dominant reproductive female in a colony of a eusocial bee species other than honey bees.
