process is long for all who applied,

too many frauds, many things to check out, from one country to the other,

Ahh bureaucracy. How slow you move.  It's red tape. Once the red tape gets cleared up, things will be fine.  Sometimes money greases the wheels of bureaucracy, but I think bribing an official -- especially the WRONG official -- can be considered illegal.
