Why does parinormal state call 3:00 a.m. DEAD TIME? And why is that the time they do there investigations?

They may have said why on other episodes but I dont really understand the significance of 3:00 a.m.

This is the opposite hour from 3pm, when Christ was supposed to have died, it is therefore the time when non corporeal beings are most active, particularly those of the negative ilk.

I don't know why, but I've always been told that the spirits are most active between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m.  Which of course means that if they want to record activity would be the obvious time to do it. Maybe that's because most people are sleeping and don't consider something that's paranormal as normal like they do when everyone is awake?

It is said that Jesus Christ died on the cross at 3:00 pm and 3:00 am is the exact opposite. Like evil is the opposite of all that is good.  3 pm is the holy hour that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and 3 pm is the dark hour. They say that between 12 am and 3 am paranormal activity is at its strongest. Evil forces are more powerful during this time.
