Why does pine-sol make the water cloudy? Is there a reason for it or is it just a chemical reaction?

It's just what Pine-Sol does, and it's always done this in my experience. But it seems that it helps to trap the dirt at the bottom of the water, until the water gets so dirty you have to change it. I think Pine-Sol is the best for cleaning floors either by mopping or scrubbing by hand. Nothing else has even come close, in my opinion. Hope this helps. Good luck!
