I don't think the strange taste is coming from the plastic...but it does not compare to coke in a can. Why?

  1. i think it is just preference just like beer. some like to drink from a can others a bottle.

  2. because every time you open it again some carbonation goes away. idk really but lol.....

  3. Because can makes the gas out quickly compare to bottle and the can soda is like the same soda u get at fast food resturants the machine soda as you say thats why.

  4. its the packaging.

the plastic bottle gives off certain chemicals into the coke, making it taste different.

and the can leaches metal into the soda, giving it a slightly metallic taste.

i prefer soda from a can as well (actually i like it from a fountain the best)  but, i prefer beer from a bottle.

  5. It's just the packaging, it kind of does affect it, the old drinks drinks in glass bottles were best tasting in my opinion

  6. u r probably used to drinking canned, wich i do say, does have a certain taste to it
