    static electricity--

    which attracts to particular densities of molecules.... for instance, food wrap sticks GREAT to glass because glass is 'non-pourous'

  2. I'm not certain, but I think that it is due to the atoms of some substances bonding better with that of the cling film, than others. I am fairly sure that it is related to atom bonding, but unsure about the specifications
