If you eat a high fiber diet, the left over cellulose is expelled by the body, since it can;t be digested by humans.  This is the bulk of a stool, and since cellulose floats, the t**d floats.  

I'd say floaters are better since it indicates you are eating enough fruits and vegetables.

Sometimes it has air in it.  

I like floaters, personally.  They're fun to pee on and move around.
