Why does quiznos take shots at subway?

quiznos tries to make fun of subway for not having much meat in every commercial, and subway only takes one shot back. does anyone else agree that the quiznos ppl are a******s?

plus, subway is better.

I've never seen a problem with it. Subway subs really don't have much meat, so they're just making an observation; if they were saying something like "Subway uses old, expired ingredients" or other wild statements, they could get into some trouble for making false claims, but as it stands they aren't doing anything wrong. If you already think Subway is better anyway, the commercials won't influence you, so it doesn't really even matter.

It's truly a sad state of affairs. It sounds like Quizno's just doesn't have any self confidence and needs to lash out at more successful restaraunts to cover up it's own insecurities. Quizno needs to learn that true self confidence comes from within not from without.

well thats because they are trying to advertise c**p that subway doesnt have.  I think subway is fine jsut the way it is, plus quiznos will never be profitable in sales more than subway !

they are competing against each other to be the best choice for sandwiches. they aren't "a******s" cause they're just trying to find flaws in the other company! Subway is better anyway!

its just beause of that reason. Subway IS and alwsway WILL be BETTER than quiznos. Everyone where i live goes to subway and there is only 1 quiznos and i never see anyone in there. I ate there once because the subway closest to my house as renovating and i couldn't finish it. it was sooo awful! and i dont like for there to be too much meat. then all you can taste is the mean and thats not what subs are about =D

It actually kind of does annoy me because subway has been around a lot longer than Quizno's, and you can tell they are more experienced cuz it tastes better!
