Why does "OMG" and "BFF" and others like that bother me so much?

I don't understand how just a few letters stuck together could bother me so much, but I HAAAAATE it. I gets to me in such a way I want to bite the writers face.

  1. omg lol my bff hates them to i think it is cause u just don't like abbreviations like that and that u just like writing them out don't know y but  it bothers most ppl....(sorry about the omg and stuff but I'm always writing that way..sorry)
