Why does scout disapprove of jem's and dill's plan of looking in at one of the radley's windows?

1. She thinks or is rather positive that Atticus has seen them playing their enactment of the Boo Radley play.
2. When she had been rolled in the tire into Boo's front yard she thought she had heard someone laughing in the house.
