Why does selena gomez act like a rocker chic when her music is pure pop?

dont get me wrong, im a selena fan, but why does she act like she's all rock when she's pop? I guess she has the rocker chic image, but when it's comes to music it's all pop

has anyone else noticed?

Because she and Demi are "big Paramore fans" and love listening to "rock music" and "think Hayley Williams is cool" and so on. Frankly, it's really d**n annoying how they try to act all ~rock~ when they are powderpuff pop.

If they seriously don't stfu about Paramore, I'm never listening to the band's music ever again.

It's for the same reason Muley Cyrus and the Jonass Bros. act like they're "rockers". They think it will give them some "cred" once they leave Disney and try to get into the real entertainment world.  They're forgetting something, though.  THEY HAVE NO TALENT!

Hahah, she's a total poser. Her and Demi are just sad, the gloves Demi Lovato wore in her new video looked like paint! And Selena not too much of a rocker chick I guess. Her music videos are more of a pop to me. Selena is sort of copying Demi Lovato, they say Demi loved her dark colors so yeah... No offence to the Demi and Selena fans! Also, Demis' new video "i forgot the d**n name" is pretty much a copycat of Paramores mv "pressure" :P DEMI SUCKS SHE'S A POSA!

Because in the music industry, you are who you wanna be.

There is no one mouthing you about how you are a poser, because you are famous, your what you wanna be, not what other people want you to be.

Her and Demi are actually love rock. Disney makes them be all "yay preppy yay!" But they aren't.

In a interview, Selena said she has over 60 pairs of converse.. She's had some since 6th grade.
