Question:

Why does selling drugs seem like a good idea now?

I've been trying and trying and trying to score my first job since early may! I have not had one call back yet! 70 applications (online & real life) And nothing has happened. Everyone always says just wait you will get a job. But this is too much. Now I understand why people in the hood and the trailer parks sell drugs!

My question is, should I get into the drug game? I am 16 and no one is hiring me and selling pot and mushrooms seems like a good idea right now... Also the school year is starting up so that means I will have more customers. Especially during lunch time.

  1. You wont sell drugs if you love your freedom. My kid s father was abig drug dealer in my town and guess where he is now...serving time in a federal prison him, his bro and all their cousins. Its not worth it. Keep seeking work, it'll pay off trust me!

  2. ::rolls eyes:: dont get into that.

Try babysitting, mowing lawms, raking leaves and shoveling snow. There is also pet sittting, dog walking and things like that.

  3. No, DO NOT allow yourself to get into something that is illegal and could send you to jail, or worse - get you killed. Usually an easy place to pick up a job is  a fast food restaurant as the have high turnover. It might not be what you want to do but it's money coming in while you carry on looking AND a  lot of times, when you aren't looking for a job, they fall into your lap.

    Good luck.

    Rose:)

  4. Try face to face and word of mouth marketing your skills.  I alway got my best jobs from someone I knew.  Check Cra!gs L!st.  That alway have something going on.  Evern if it is just for a day.

  5. Cause it is. Weed and shrooms will be in high demand at your school.

  6. You must be high. If you try selling drugs you'll end up with experience in being a prisoner, or worse.

You're only 16, and the jobs you think you deserve are held by adults.

Keep trying the fast food restaurants and other "entry-level" positions until something clicks.

  7. you'll make mad money but if you get caught its definetly not worth it. go flip burgers at mcdonalds. you might meet chicks.

  8. Yes by all means.  You should really do this.  WHY?  The chances are you will be arrested and off the streets in a short time.  Then while you are in juvi you will get a phyc evaluation.  Why do you think you are not getting a job? Seriously.  Worry about your grades and things like that.  You shouldn't need a lot of money in high school.  If you really want a job you need to convince someone you are serious and will be honest and dependable. Not a pot head or drug pusher selling drugs on your lunch break. Come on now is that the best you can do. Think about what you will put your family through if you get arrested.

  9. there is a reason you're not being hired...it's because of the new minimum wage..nobody is hiring young people because it costs too much...thank the democrats for you having to turn to a life of crime...we tried to tell them that this was a horrible idea, but they wouldn't listen....

  10. keep looking dont get into the drugs its not a good thing and u can get into serious trouble if u get cought. u might be making  bank but its not worth it. go get a job at toco bell

  11. no it aint worth it

  12. I understand that the money is good until you go to jail.  Since I don't do closed in, crowded, locked places, I never considered selling illegal drugs.  However since you are having a hard time getting a job, why not start your own legitimate business.  It would probably be less stressful and less risk to your life and future than the drug scene.  Think about it.

  13. In the end, it's not worth it. However, I've been unemployed before, and let me just say that I do understand why some people sell. Whether I agree with it or not, is not the issue.
