Why does shawn johnson walk so weird when enterings stadium?

I know what you're talking about and i think it's cute. all the gynmists have that walk or theyre suppose to but she puts so much effort into it, its great. She's my favorite!

I think she's so muscular and built and stocky that she can't put her legs and arms all the way together.

I love Shawn , p**s me off she didn't get gold, Are You talking about that march thing she does or just like her regular walk, her regular walk is a little weird maybe because she is a little chubby and short, But it doens't matter becuz you dont have to be stick skinny to be beautiful, i think shes adorable and beautiful! i love Shawn Johnson

Gymnasts are supposed to be poised and have good posture - she isn't the only one who does it but her's is a bit more...detailed?  

Her normal walk is a bit weird.  It has never been explained but I think it has something to do with her close-call at birth.  I don't think she has ever had any injuries, at least not major ones.
