I made out with this girl that I was convinced liked me and had a nice night (no s*x) but then said "if you were wondering what I was feeling I'd rather just be friends,thats cool with you right?" I said it was cool and to let me know when she's free so we can hang out sometime.What next?

Nothing next. She doesn't find you atractive but she want's her ego massaged by having you around knowing that you want her.

It will get even better for her when she finds someone she does want to go out with as you are left in the shadows.
