unfortunately its true that ur skin color really matter sometimes and specially in some specific regions...but u don't have to get depressed for that....just have faith in ur self...just believe that no matter what color u r still it looks good on u and its the best for u..try new colors on ur self wear new dresses to choose what looks best on u...and be bold...Good luck
