  1. from the uv rays of the sun i think.

  2. It's due to electron scattering of light, and it scatters more blue than red.

It's called Rayleigh Scattering and has to do with how light entering the earth's atmosphere interacts with electrons in the atmosphere

  3. Suns light is composed of many different colors/ frequencies of electromagnetic waves. The blue light is absorbed more than the other colors by the atmosphere and it is re - emitted in every possible direction,( it is basically scattered). Due to the fact that the blue light is scattered more than the other light colors like red from the gases of the atmosphere, make the sky look blue. Towards the evening on the other hand the sky looks red, due to the fact that the light passes through a lot more atmospheric gases due to the angle the sun hits the earth, and most blue light is already scattered so what is left prevailing is red light that finally reaches our eyes. In a way red light penetrates the atmosphere better than blue.

  4. Actually the sky is black.

due to sun's light it appears to be sky.......

    now did u get it????

  5. Because the Earth's atmosphere only absorbs the blue and violet wavelengths of light.
