The only reason behind this the weed smokers have developed a habit that they will be smoking all the time and forget about eating and then at the day end they think it this way that weed is making them feel hungry or some thing like this.

These fools spend all the money been given to them on purchase of weed or any related drugs and then have not got much of money to even buy some thing to eat.

Well that is the best answer why you feel hungry after smoking weed.

Im not a dr or anything, but it could be possible that the reason for this is because it shuts off certian 'fullness' receptors of the brain making you think, even you are full, that you're still hungry.
