Why does society worship women?

If you take a guy who walks daily down a busy high-traffic stretch, one mile to his local coffee shop and back. Theres not so much as even a glance , no acknowledgment , no one sees him , its as if he is invisible.

This is a guy who has just spent an hour on his hair , with gel , making sure that every spike is in place , (well groomed in general ) wearing nice designer jeans and a tank top to show off his toned arms/chest .

Now we take a young college girl who has just woke up , sleep still in her eyes , hair a mess , still in her pajamas . She steps outside to empty trash , or she walks half a block to the mailbox to mail a letter...and people ( guys ) are honking , blowing kisses , waving, yelling you name it .... She hasnt even been outside for 5 seconds and people are breaking their necks to get a good glimpse. As if the city sidewalk or chunk of slab leading to the dumpster has been transformed into aHollywood Model Runway for the girl still in her pajamas , with hair all over her head and sleep still in her eyes . . . .

So in comparison of the metrosexual man who has just spent an hour on himself making sure he left the house looking his very best.... and the young college chick who just rolled out of bed .....

Because most woman do not honk and yell like pigs, out of their cars at nice looking men. They just catch a glimpse and savor the memory.

However, men will practically cause an accident just to see if the girl walking to the mailbox is wearing a bra. It's disgusting, if you ask me. I get incredibly annoyed when men follow me in their cars just to get a view of my ***. They can be real creeps about it, too.

So to answer you question, it's because girls don't normally act like pigs, creeps or stalkers. (but apparently you wish they did?)

Maybe you would like to meet one of my acqaintances.

She is the only female I've ever known, who whistles and hollers  things like,

"Hey, nice *** "    and

"Did you pay much for that ticket?.....

..cause you've got fiiiine written all over you".

I've had idiotic things like that yelled in my direction before, and it's certainly not a turn on. I don't know what you think you're missing. Would you really want to get attention from someone who hollers such demeaning things at you? I mean, it's not like she'd be complimenting you on your perfectly spiked hair, or asking you out. She'd just be driving past you, yelling pointless obscenities, and ridiculous  absurdities. I don't see how you could possibly be missing anything.

I certainly don't want to be anywhere near her when she's acting like a pig. It's just embarrassing, but maybe you'd like that sort of attention?

Where the h**l do you live where that happens?  You must live in an area that has a greater population of guys.  Too much testosterone is not good, they have to let it out somewhere.  Give me a break.

um women arnt worshiped. we are sexualized. do you think we want to be stared at like a d**n freak? no. men sexualize women. society does not worship women, actually they worship men.

It's because men are more superficial - they think about s*x like 20 times a minute or something.  More than one third of the time.  So, they are the ones you should be upset with.  Women value more in a man than how he looks - that isn't to say women aren't looking at you.  They just don't honk and yell - they are much more sly about it.  Plus, they only look then continue on, they don't spend half an hour imagining how you would be in bed.  You need to blame the men in the society for acting that way to women, not women for not looking at you...

Society doesn't worship women; straight men worship women. You said so yourself, the people paying attention to the "young college chick who just rolled out of bed" are men.

If the guy doesn't get attention it's because women don't respond to appearances the same way men do. Would it be normal for women to honk, blow kisses, wave, etc. at a metro guy?

same thing with a guy.

if a good-looking guy crawls out of bed, puts on a beanie, wearing trainings and goes out to empty the trash, girls will take shots of him on their cellphones and admire his face for the rest of the day.

and same thing with the girl.

if a naturally pretty girl does that, of course guys would honk at her and whatnot.

if she was ugly, do you think she would receive that kind of attention?

Women aren't as disrespectful and obnoxious as men are about telling someone that they're attracted to them.  In that situation, I'm sure plenty of girls saw that guy and said something to themselves or their friend about his looks.  They just don't yell and honk and act like idiots over it. =/
