Why does some establishments does not allow bicycle/cyclist?

Question

other than the reason

1) some do extreme biking

2) cyclist can do sweat a lot

3) no bicycle parking

what could be other reasons, why they just dont accept bikes?

well perhaps they are afraid a customer might trip over the bicycle in the store?

the tires might leave marks on the floor

and  you can usually find a tree or a sign or post to lock up your bike

and I dont think many people can steal a tree
