  1. I personally don't like the taste either. I believe it's an acquired taste. Don't feel guilty because you don't like the taste or it makes you gag. There's other products out there like Mocha Mix that I personally think taste much better.

  2. ur not used to the flavor probably. I like it and i think it's good. you should buy the kind that they have at the asian market =] it's better than the ones u get at walmart or something...

  3. Some veg'ans like myself can only can have a certain amount of soy products in our bodies. If I eat more than 4 ounces total of soy a day I get gassy and nauseous.  That may be your problem.  If you notice there are a lot of different  types of soy.  There is soy oil, soy isoflavones, soybeans, soymilk, tofu, and soy lecithin mixed in things like cookies and dark chocolates.  Just watch how much soy you intake everyday and you should be fine.  If you're going to drink a soy latte or eat cereal with soy milk try avoiding eating other types of soy.

Some of us have less tolerance for that particular type of bean.  Why is that? Well, soy is acidic and oily.  Some people's stomachs are more sensitive than others.  Try using rice, almond, hemp, or oat milk too.  That should enable you to be able to eat other forms of soy as long as you are not allergic to it all together.

  4. think it's tasty and drink

  5. Is it possible you have a peanut allergy?  Soybeans are related to peanuts, and millions are allergic to them.  I'm guessing you could be too.  Allergies seem to develop over time, perhaps they are the result of accumulations of some part of a product.  If so, you could check on processing procedures, then choose a different brand that does it differently.  Good luck.

  6. Maybe you are sensitive to it.   Try rice milk or almond milk.

  7. Most people never think of it, but you could be sensitive to carrageenan. It is a "petroleum jelly-like" substance that is derived from seaweed.

  8. like my son you could be sensitive or allergenic to it,avoid it for a week and then try some moderately if you have the same effects avoid it ,my son has sensitivity to soy

  9. You could be allergic or simply don't like the taste of it. Personally, I think chocolate soy milk taste alot better than plain or vanilla, so if you just don't like the plain one, you could try chocolate. And there is also oat milk, almond milk, hazelnut milk, and alot more differnent kinds of plant milk.

  10. Have you tried rice or nut milk? Maybe you're elergic to soy.
