Why does subways close so early? why cant they be a 24 hour restaurant?

for those who get off work late, like me, are hungry and chose subway because its healthy. cant because they close early, and have to chose crappy unhealthy fast food. why cant night owls eat fresh? i bet subways gets more customers and sales than the crappy mcdonalds and whataburger. why cant they be 24 hour? even popeyes close early, d*mn.

i know dude.i have been wishing this forever.i know that they can afford to do it because they are kind of expensive but i go to subway almost everyday and when i go and they are already closed it is so upsetting.i have had my husband rush there within the last like 5 minutes before closing to buy me subway.i am trying to have a good healthy meal and they arent working with me.lol

it would be really cool if they did open 24/7.even if they still closed aroung 2 am it would be good.just to give us a little more time.

It depends on where you live, I live in a college town and all of our places are 24 hrs except some fine dining  restaurants

Chances are if there is a Subway in a gas station then it is 24 hours.

It depends on how late the owner choses the resturaunt to stay open.  I used to work at a Subway, and we were open till ten on Sundays, midnight on weeknights, and one on fridays and saturdays.

We have a subway that stays open pretty late! Now I wish we had a Popeye's that stayed open late..that would be nice.
