  1. Phoenix stinks....too too hot...all you people do is go from 1 AC to another. Plus all the brown is depressing.

  2. you need to get out & go to the lake, the summer,s are the best time,s in AZ , AZ  native.

  3. because you are doing nothing, you need a hobby or something fun to do

  4. Because it's so hot for SO long.  You usually don't go anywhere because you don't want to deal with the blazing heat and so you generally end up cooped up inside the whole time. And by the time it's cool enough to do anything it's either too late or too dark.

  5. Because so many of the idiots like it.

They hike in it and we pay to rescue them!

It is our punishment for picking such a bad place to live.

  6. Haha, I always wondered why winters went by so slow when I lived in the Appalachians; and when I moved to Phx I felt the same about summers.  As everyone has said, it's so friggin hot that we tend to stay indoors  all summer.  Come on October!

  7. probably because you're baking in the sun...thats the hottest place i ever lived....try and get out...out of the sun..there are plenty of parks and pools if you dont have one where you live

  8. It takes so long because we have 8 months of warm to hot weather. Only 4 months of good weather.

  9. It takes a long time to cool off from 130 degree summers. Also, all the old people act as time anchors slowing everything down, just look at the traffic.

  10. the summer doesn't go by slow, it's just really long (mid-april to mid october)

  11. Because its so fricken hot!!
