She's the only girl in her band. Yet people think that one girl from Paramore is doing something so great. I love Amy Lee. She's way better then that one girl. I don't hate her or anything. It's just that people make it seem like she is the first female lead singer in a band with all boys. And her voice can't beat Amy's. Amy has one of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard.

  1. I agree completely. But I love Paramore also. I'm just guessing but I think because the mainstream scene thinks the looks and that the stuff that Evanescence plays to them are "too scary, or too horrible for young kids"

    Which I strongly disagree on.

They both have unique and strong voices in different ways though!

  2. I agree with you that Amy Lee is an AMAZING singer.  I mean, it's ridiculous how amazing her voice is.  But Hayley Williams is a great singer too.

Amy hasn't released any albums recently & Paramore is reaching its peak right now, which is probably why Hayley is getting so much attention.  Plus, there's a whole alternative/rock band phase going on right now (which sucks, because I love alternative & I hate it when bands become too famous), so that's probably why she's getting so much attention.

I love Amy's voice but I love Hayley's also.  Amy has a silky, strong voice but Hayley has a powerful, husky one.

  3. I love both of them. It's because she's more mainstream because MTv exploited them whereas Evanescence is still prime and core. I love Haylee and her hair, her style, everything - just as I love Amy's voice, creative lyrics, music videos, and awesome story.

  4. its probably bec. of her hair.. neweys, i dont like her,

i agree that amy lee is way better than that girl.. i love amy!!!
