Why does the American news magazines show Iraqis fair skinned while American news channel show them as brown?

Many American magazines show Iraqis as fair skinned.But all American News channel such as CNN and Fox News show always them as brown skinned!Why do U.S. magazines and U.S. News channel show them differently?Which is more accurate?Please answer,as this is disturbing my mine!

They use different cameras.

I think you better re-examine your examples of the images.  Cameras are cameras and there shuold be no difference, on average.  Photos and television images look a little different but if you are really sensing a distinctive difference, it is most likely in your vision, not a difference in media.
