They routinley drop major charges on informants & give them big tax free payouts so that they can help them solve a case & catch other criminals. I read about it all the time Informants that have commited crimes as big as murder have had charges dropped & been paid out huge lump sums of cash by the U.S. govt. if they can help law enforcement catch more criminals. It's like the U.S. law enforcement is saying o.k we will let you go & give you a huge cash payout because we suck & can't solve a case ourselves but we will be able to catch 5 other people if we sellout to your demands..Why don't they stop selling out & prosecute all that commit crimes?

  1. Because we don't live in a perfect world.  In a perfect world everyone who witnessed a crime would come forward and do the right thing to help catch criminals.  In a perfect world everyone would do their jobs and do it well.
