Why does the Georgian president exaggerate everything he says?

As far as I know he started it by attacking and invading regions with Russian citizens and by killing 2000 innocent civilians, but after Russia had to intervene to protect it's citizens he started claiming that the Russians are invading Georgia. Now after the cease-fire is in place he is claiming that Georgian airports and other facilities are going to be controlled by American troops. What's up with this guy?

  1. Oh please, check your facts. They did not kill 2000 innocent civilians. And the Russians ARE invading Georgia. And what is with the American troops? Where do you get your news? Check it!

Before it all began, the Russians were driving into Georgia with their army planes, putting their forces ready near the border, etc, just to make Georgia upset and protect their country. They were pretty successful. And now no one talks about that.

I am from a former state of the Soviet Union. Once in our past when the Russians came (alright, not once, but well) they said that they will make us all free and the world believed them. Or just didn't want another war. Anyway from that freedom we all got relatives and close ones who were killed or deported. Children, women, men, they didn't care, they just had numbers that had to be filled. So yeah, a great freedom - death. But I am very young an don't remember much about that time. There is one thing that will make me shiver and that is the look in my old parents' faces when they see the current news.

It is strange that it is happening again and no one is doing anything. And people don't know anything but still yell with loud voices. Russia isn't the good guy in this case, no matter how much I'd wish it.

We try to look in the future and be happy. I don't want to have anger for past, because we just have to learn from it and go on. But all I see is the same old c**p again. And my country can't do much because like Georgia, we are small, we don't have a big army, and guess what - we'd be next then and looks like no one is really running to help.

  2. what makes you say he does.

  3. Study the n**i invasion of Austria.  The SAME THING is happening now with Russia.

  4. Its called propoganda.

Propoganda involves twisting the truth by not too much in order to sway public opinion so that you can pursue your own political agenda.

  5. He did a very dumb thing, by starting this war with Russia, and now he is doing everything he can to blame someone else for it.  He's a con-artist if you ask me.

  6. Well he's right! And what else can the guy do?

He's a good man! I know alot about him and I've read tons on the guy!
