  1. bcuz then there not an interleague game ever day and bcuz the cubs division has 6 teams and the angels division has 4 and the rest have 5


  2. Each league needs to have an even number of team. If they took a team from the NL and put it i nto the AL, each league would have one team not playing, and to fit in 162 games for each team, the season would go well past the end of September.

    But in response to the inter-league thing... I think they could and should go to 6 divisions of 5.

    Yes, every series, 1 series would be a featured "interleague series"... but work the numbers... each team would play 3-4 inter- series... they currently plan 4-5, so you could easily do it.

  4. So they don't have an interleague game every day. That would make it difficult. Because AL would have to get some good hitting pitchers. and NL would have to get some good dhs. They decided to make it easier and give the AL 14 teams and the NL 16 teams.
