  1. cause they eat cake

  2. Its not just Filipinos who have a hard time. But as someone else replied to you 'the 'Yanks' (sorry only meant in a nice eway) seem to have no problems anywhere. Its called 'one rule for one and another for someone else'

The Philippines also (probably) need USA strategic support they do not need the Philippines help in the USA. Although there are many Filipino's who have, and or still do, serve in the US Military.

  3. well.... if some people were given a visa to go there they wouldnt come back because of money... that's why they are very strict in giving visas... as opposed to americans obviously just vacationing here and since they use dollars the government is lenient to then to a point that they dont require a visa if they are just staying a short while... and if it so happens that an american wants to stay here... it will be good for the economy since the money that they bring with them will be exchanged :)

  4. Because we've already got millions of Filipinos running around in the United States TNT.  Americans don't stay in the Philippines unless they are authorized to do so.

  5. because filipinos don't leave once they get inside the united states to the point of being an illegal aliens while americans just visit the philippines and once they get to see the country they can't wait to get out of the place and come back to the good ol' USA.

  6. Becasue Filipinos usually lie in their visa applications and given the chance, will never leave. If the US was an open country to Filipinos, the Philippines would be empty and 80 million Filipinos would either be in California, Chicago or New York. Think about it, there are already 2 million documented Filipinos in the US and about 5 million undocumented meaning illegally staying. That's already about 2-8.75% of the Filipino population in the US alone. Spain at one time did not require visas for filipinos until they got inundated with illegal workers mostly Filipinos who did not speak a word of spanish. Now they require a visa among other things
