That is a good question and it can be answered that in that we have a symbiosys relationship with them. We need them and they us. Our Governemnt complains but just look at the recent press on the wall thats was being built in Texas, Congress approved it and they started to build it to keep illegals out and then Congress gets pissed off at Texas because they hired the illegals to build it, because it was cheaper labor...Thats why!
