It's soggy, limp, thin and taste nasty.

It woud be nice if it was hot ,CRISPY and crunchy like bacon bits, or the thick crispy bacon they use on burgers.

  1. I think it tastes great.

It does not lie around in a greasy pan.  It is the exact same bacon that you buy in the grocery store in the yellow box with the red logo.  They just make it in bulk for Subway.

I would hazard a guess and say that the Subway you you go to is not microwaving it, they are just putting it on your sandwich cold.  Ask them to microwave it til it is hot, CRISPY and crunchy.

  2. i think it is all in the preparation , maybe if they don't have the time to properly grill it they  shouldn't bother offering it.

  3. ugh , man i shudder at the thought ! i would never get that stuff.i think the food is cooked then just sits there and gets all soggy .

  4. why does everything taste nasty at Subway??

  5. Says who?

Subway's bacon tastes like... bacon. At worst, maybe turkey bacon. You know that all of this comes prepacked, don't you? It isn't like they cook it there at the store, it is packaged fully cooked and shipped, then heated. This makes sandwich preparation quicker. You do know they don't slice the meat in the store either, right?

Subway does not have a griddle in their stores for bacon preparation.

  6. Uh...because it's made of rubber?

  7. it's because it gets cooked like 76 hours before they freaking serve it, it sits in a greasy pan and soaks up more fat by the minute.

  8. because they nuke it they don,t have the time to grill it.

(i don't know about you but toasting is a waste of time!?)

  9. to you maybe

  10. I don't know why, but the blackolives tast enasty too
