Why does the best trance music come from Germany?

It seems like the best artists and music of trance/techno comes from Germany like Aarmin Van Buuren, DJ Tiesto and so on.

you're confusing something :)

Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Johan Gielen, Ron van den Beuken, 4 Strings, Leon Bolier, Rank 1, Menno de Jong etc. are not from Germany but from the Netherlands (a neighbor of Germany).

it's very difficult to say why the best trance music comes from there - no one knows!

perhaps because of their culture and the Netherlands have the 2 largest annual trance and techno festivals - The Sensation White (trance) and The Sensation Black (techno & house).
