Question:

Why does the fuse from the amp always blow out???

what could it be???

it works for a little and then blows.

the longest it lasted was 10 minutes the shortest was maybe 2 minutes.

  1. Sounds like your fuse is undersized.  You *might* have a short somewhere.  

    What size amp?  How many speakers?  Are you running a cap?  What size wires?  All of these are required to better determine what exactly is causing it.


  2. either you have the wrong fuse, the amp is fried, or too much power going into it.

  3. match the fuse amperage with the on in the amplifier.
