Why does the government think North Korea is nice enough to "talk" with?

  1. Has nothing to do with nice.  It has to do with compliance.


  2. It's called diplomacy.  Obviously it is way over your head.

  3. Not sure why you think being nice has anything to do with "talking" to a country. A lot of times it is the countries which are the least nice which need the most "talking" to.

    "Can you tell a lot about someone by the company he keeps?" Hmm, then the police officers I know are all thugs and criminals.  

  4. Well they did get rid of their nuclear program.  Also showed us several nukes. So if they're willing to expose themselves to us well then we're willing to at least talk to them.  

  5. Cause we always want diplomacy to resolve serious situations. They are still the among the most sanctioned countries and still considered and rogue State
