  1. This web site tries to explain the physical reasons behind mourning. The hormones, and the chemicals our bodies release during the mourning process. I hope this helps.

  2. Heart/chest pain is not something to mess with, see a Dr ASAP.

  3. "heartaches", "a broken heart"...they are sayings because they are what we feel when we mourn.  There is an emptiness & hurt when we mourn.

Our throats often hurt or it feels like there's a lump or tightness in our throats because there are emotions that are "choked up" & sometimes it's hard for us to let go & let ourselves express our feelings.

Headaches are common too mostly from tension & dehydration.

I'm very sorry for your loss.

  4. I understand what your saying but it's hard to explain. It's just a natural thing you go through when you lose someone you love. There's no easy way to explain it but people told me time would help and it did but that feeling still comes back to me even after six years. But it's not there all the time anymore. I hope that helps. Good luck and take care of yourself.

  5. Because your sad?
