  1. I would think that it came from childhood antics. You have notice that most if not all animals play. These baby animals make a wide range of noises. Childhood is a time of happiness and baby animals need to make noises for the mother to evaluate their situations.  The mother/child relationship created much of what we are.  If you are like me, you remember every detail of your mother's hands and face.

  2. When we are born, the happiness is born with us.A child is  pure, innocent, snowy white, natural). Then everything comes from the outsides(resposibilities).Life is simple but we have gone too far to get back the happiness that was there once.Laughing is natural, nobody can teach us to laugh,it's only YOU who can feel it.

  3. we laugh cuase it hurts alot and we feel like crying at the same time

  4. Because we get the joke!

Life is a joke TO those who know it, and a joke ON those who don't...

  5. Actually, laughing was not originally related to humour; laughing is the human way of coping with things that they don't expect or understand (for example, babies laugh while they have very little in the way og higher brain functions).

  6. we laugh because with the idiots that run the goverments would make us cry all the time

  7. I don't know which part of the brain controls it.

But, to answer the second part, Chimpanzees also laugh, so it is probably connected to the centres of higher intellect and understanding.

  8. its human nature

    we have developed over time

do other organisms TALK? welll.....if they talk...then they laugh

  9. My mother wrote an interesting theory about this that I only vaguely remember and am not sure I agree with. It went something like this.  Laughter is an accepted form of aggression.  For example, when someone falls, you laugh at their clumsiness.   I like to laugh but I always have that back in my mind so I try to keep the laughter to a dull roar.  I think of the three stooges as another good example of "agressive humor."  For humor to work, there has to be an element of truth.
