Why does the indian government let unskilled workers go overseas?

Looking at the bleak future of unqualified labourers, who come to middle east and struggle with no end results ,poor working conditions,and no future..

  1. The government can't stop them.  It also has more pressing issues.


  2. Here the skilled workers are making the nation bankrupt. Those unskilled workers have made Dubai and other Arab countries heavens. When they come back they will be better citizens and better human beings in India. Most of them come back refined and cultured after learning some skills to live in India.

  4. To allow them the opportunity of a job which they may not have in India. This is the equivalent of Mexico allowing their citizens into the US to seek out jobs.  This relieves the government of the burden of providing services to these people.

  5. That's mainly because of lac of will power  and governing principles of government. A skilled labour will not be ready to

    work for lower salary package whereas an unskilled labour is ready

    to work even for a meagre wages because of lac of opportunities.He

    will  be desperately in need of a good job to support his family.So this

    process is natural and automatic in nature.

    Yes you are right if the government has laws to protect the workers from suffering when they are abroad that will providing better quality of life and will prevent labourers from being cheated.
