Im curious because I get my news from multiple sources, To me it seems like Fox may lean a little to the right but its not overwhelming, They have alot of Liberals as well, Jeraldo, Colmes, Gretta and alot of Liberal pundints. Where as most other media sources lean to the far left. Fox has Criticized Bush, McCain and has also Protected and stould up for Obama.

So please explain to me why you hate Fox and Oreily in a common sense way, and if you post things that where said please post your sources so I may investigate. Thanks for your opinions and time. Just a note Im not trying to say Fox is Great or protect them, I just dont get all of the hate. thanks again.

  1. ok heres an example of why i hate FOX news... i was flipping through channels the other day and i came upon fox news. normally i try to avoid such S****y channels but hey why not watch for a bit. the lead anchor was criticizing Obama as usual and then he said that if Obama were to be elected president we would be sent back to the "doom and gloom of FDR"... really the doom and gloom of the best president America has ever seen.  The president that saved america from the depression.  Fox needs to get their fact straight before they start trying to change history.

  2. omfg he calls them loons every day just watch the memo

  3. Fox is the first that has ever offered close to a fair and balanced debate and the reporting of news. It has become the most watched, topping all the rest by a wide margin. The left hate it because Fox exposes much of what they would like kept hidden, and away from public knowledge.

  4. I don't really hate FOX and O'Reily, or however you spell his name. I just don't like how they are so biased. For instance, there's this one guy who really bugs me along with Bill O'Reily. Don't remember his name though. However, what they do is every time they say Barack Obama's name, they always put emphasis on the Hussein, as if that suddenly makes him a monster. Ha, Geraldo is a conceited moron. I don't get how that guy got his own show. I really don't think that FOX is all that balanced. When they have debates, the liberal side often ends up agreeing with the conservative side and only brings out weak arguments. I would say they need better pundits. For the most part, I trust CNN and MSNBC.

  5. becuase he thinks he knows everything...when he does NOT

  6. I love Fox too but what I hate about them (I've written to them about it, no reply !!) is when they get guests on their Panel to air their views, BOTH ARE ON THE SAME SIDE !!!! I never see the furious pro and anti debates going on that you see on say CNN.

We must get to see the opinions and views of both sides, Republican and Democrat.

  7. personally i love fox news...they only hate him because he disagrees with there views and you can NEVER disagree with a liberal

they offer both sides of every story and make it completly understandable for the average joe to follow politics

  9. The Left? Left of where?

Fox news is horribly unrealistic and biased

  10. They just cannot stand someone other view.

  11. I don't watch Fox News because it's primary focus is entertainment and not journalism.  They inflate issues and press others buttons on purpose to get ratings.  I don't trust my news from people who scream, talk over each other, or do not have the professional training and education necessary to credit themselves as a reliable source.  Whenever I try to watch their programs I am left with a splitting headache, I could care less about O'Reilly's opinions on things.  It's my job as an American to gather facts and formulate my own, I don't need him to do that for me.  Fox News is seeking to give people their opinions on issues by having the host of the show take a side on an issue.  Anyone who is intelligent will know that the issues being discussed on these shows are far more complex than what a ten minute sound bite will allow.  To discuss the "oil crisis" for example would require atleast a full year worth of research and a team of experts...there would be no "side" to be had, no clean line to draw down the middle of these issues because they are not black and white.  Perhaps in the mind of a child they are, but they are infinitely more complex in reality and require careful study before educated opinions can be formulated.

In short, Fox News is there for people who like to argue.  Who like to argue about how "bias" something is rather than seeking out information for themselves.  For people who neglect their civil responsibility as Americans to do more than just sit at home and watch the tube and hear what other people who sit at home and watch the tube have to say.  It's empty rhetoric and does more to ignore the problems being discussed in the long run than it does to actually fix them.

Actually fixing the problem isn't really their concern though, being "right" or having the "right" answer is.  This is where I have to laugh at people who align themselves with political parties...what sheep, they have turned our government into a sports game, Donkeys Vs. Elephants...what idiots, in their blind desire to win arguments they don't even know what they have lost!

  12. Because truth and reality seriously conflict with their worldview.

  13. Bill O'Reilly is hated by the left wing media and liberals because they know they don't have the guts to challenge them.  Anyone who thinks differently is a Kool-Aid drinker.

  14. they dont really express balanced oppinions.  Their oppinions are completely skewed to their interests... nothing wrong with that I guess... since they know who their target audience is.... but dont expect the opposing view to swallow their point of view either.

that, and the fact that they are tremendously agressive, volatile and angry. Bill particularly.

  15. We will start with O'Reilly then we will discuss Fox News.

If you have seen the O'Reilly Factor, you will soon notice he likes to interrupt people and take a stance where he is the host so he gets to decide when the guest speaks. He is noticeably bullying the guest.  Numerous times he has told the guests to "Shut up".

In a sensible, civilized discussion, you hear what the guest has to say.  Even if it's nonsense, you let the guest speak and perhaps state an argument.  You should NEVER tell the guest to "shut up".

It's overwhelmingly obvious that the "Factor" is not a discussion show but a show that presents (or more like forces) an opinion down the viewers' throats.  When a guest says something that is different from Fox's opinion, O'Reilly would either shut him up or just somehow sneak a phrase in there indicating that his guest is wrong.

Moreover, O'Reilly seems to portray a conservative character with morals.  He has criticized Marilyn Manson for swearing.  Then you refer back to his sexual harassment lawsuit and the words that were spoken by him (e.g. Loofa) and how he exploded in rage when he was the host of Inside Edition, you know he's just a scam.

Anyway, this is too long already.  Email me if you wish to discuss what's wrong with Fox News.

  16. Because Fox News has more viewers than CNN & MSNBC Combined.  This is a fact...look it up.

Fox News reports the truth that they don't want people to hear.

Fox News also employs more people from both sides than any other network.  If you only want to hear one side of the issues, tune into CNN & MSNBC...It's why their ratings are terrible!

And some may not like O'reilly but his show is the highest rated show in cable history.  Fact...Look it up.

  17. "Those Who Trespass" his child pornographic novel? Bill O’Really Says:. Hey, baby. Put that crack pipe down and get my pipe up

his sexual harrassment of Andrea Mackris?

His treatment of Jeremy Glick? http://www.oreilly-sucks.com/transcripts...

  18. Oreilly is not news.  it is an opinion show.  his own.  So much for him.  I used to watch Fox News in the morning.  I remember  when I stopped.  One morning they had had mitt Romney oand his wife on.  Most guests they usually have on a few minutes then have to kind of cut them off.  Mitt had an unusual amount of time, longer than anyone I had ever noticed.  Then, I think it was in the same week, they had Don King on.  After interviewing him they asked who he liked for president.  Without naming anyone, it was clear he was voting for a Democrat. They cut him off really quick and had to end the interview.  Shortly after that the Rush limbaugh " phony soldier " incident happened.  Fox news unabashedly kissed Rush's fat @ss.  That was enough for me.  I want my news to be reported, not an opinion channel.

  19. There is not a real reason. People seem to misinterpret their news. I can't say anything about Oreily, but some people seem to think that Fox is racist. There seems to be ideas that Fox sends out subtle messages, promoting racism and the "right". It mostly misinterpretation and too much thinking.

Some guy sits on his couch for 5 hours and watches fox news over and over again. He thinks of a million ways to squeeze out a hate message from fox. That guy runs about and rallies up a bunch of stupid people to believe what he is saying.

Check out this example. "Nas" the rapper gathers thousands of signatures petitioning against Fox's racist propaganda. Colbert invites him on his show. It makes no sense. Haha great show:

  20. i am very conservative and hate Bill Orielly.  He is another McCarthy a*****e.  I say this because when the Iraq war was starting he stated that anyone against it should be tried for treason.  I served my country in the marines, and I was against the war....I have not liked him since.
